Special molding process forms high-density skins over a foam core.

All polyurethane construction – no wood components

stable exterior surface – Black Leather-Grain Texture with color
throughout pad.
All
edges and corners have molded radiuses.
 Pads have a firm but flexible feel. Rugged washable construction with excellent
abuse and tear resistance.

No seams , folds, sewing, caulking, or staples

No individual “loose” layers and no wood inserts.
Installed with plastic fasteners with large textured heads (Pine Tree
fasteners).
Available in flat pads as well as molded contoured shapes including
butt-bar/breast pads.
 Many standard sizes currently available. Custom pad sizes available upon
request.
Standard thickness – 1” (Limited pad sizes also available in ¼” and ½”).
Standard color – Gloss black. (Custom colors will be quoted).
